Really good toner for very orange yellow hair

This stuff is really unique. I color my hair a lot but this toner is the strongest I have ever seen. I used it on hair which was like really orange and yellow - all sorts of color really, and toners I had used before always came up short. But this one, not sure what they put into it, I guess blue based dyes, really really worked well. The result was not blue, but a very consistent medium blonde. Customer service had explained to me that blue based level 9 was the right toner for my hair and they were really correct! Thanks, will always buy this toner from now on!

works well. covered my client's orange hair well. I will be buying this from now on.

Tones orange hair really well

This toner has really really strong blue pigments...I have never see anything like this. My hair was really really orange and it covered over it and toned the whole thing down to a rich brown. I am so grateful. Gonna but this one again for sure

I have had blonde hair for many years and yes I pull brassy but have always been able to tone it. The past couple of years I have been on meds that make my hair pull brassy orange. That's when I searched around and found this toner. The results are amazing I have to say. Got all the orange out, I mean ALL the orange...I mean no other toner that I have used even came close.

I tried them with Redkens no lift developer, the consistency when mixed become very thick. But it worked great.
