Ugly Duckling hair products are designed for professional stylists. We request that all our customers provide their valid cosmetology ID number when purchasing from our professional web-store.

All our larger salon customers ("Privilege Partner Accounts") are vetted by us to make sure that they are practising professionals who are using or retailing our products in an appropriate way. Our wholesale customers are similarly vetted.

We also practise a pricing policy which aims to provide a consistent and stable margin structure for stylists using and retailing our products. If we have reason to believe that our products are being diverted, we reserve the right to put a hold on sales or even terminate sales to that customer.
