How to use
First pre-lighten hair to level 9/10.
The better you prelighten, the closer you will get to level 10 icy white blonde.
Mix the hair color 1:1 with developer in a plastic mixing bowl.
Choose your developer according to lift needed: 20 vol for 1-2 levels lift, 30 vol for 2-3 levels lift.
Development time: 30 minutes.
Emulsify and wash with an acid based shampoo.
We recommend the use of Purple mask if you want further toning.
We also recommend the use of a Bond Protect mask - makes the hair stronger and in better condition.
Recommended Additional Steps
Use Purple mask for further toning.
Apply a Bond Protect Shampoo and mask to strengthen hair and improve condition.

I’ve been up keeping my platinum hair at home for years and this is by far the best toner ever. I’ve used 10.2 the last 3 times and I’m in love with the results as well as how long it lasts. I’ve tried 10.1 and it’s beautiful but I prefer a more bright white platinum. 10.2 never disappoints and can be easily maintained with purple shampoo. Everyone always compliments my hair and I always recommend this toner!
I usually buy my toners from Sally's but they were out of stock on my particular shade so I went online and found by raving reviews, Uglyduckling toners. Not only did they have a much larger selection of shades to choose from, they are comparably priced for the quality of the product and in larger volume per tube than my usual toners which actually makes them cheaper. I usually buy 2 2.5 oz tubes and bought 2 of the uglyduckling toners, I only used 1 with a 1:1 ratio and had left over in the bottle. I have mid length thick hair. So I was very pleased now I have a 2nd tube for my next toning. Highly recommend.
